Key Responsibilities

  • Perform thorough analyses on the origin of funds to ensure adherence to regulatory standards.
  • Examine data from multiple sources to confirm the accuracy and consistency of the client profile, and reach out to clients or other relevant individuals when needed.
  • Collaborate with counsel and Senior Executive to obtain further details or clarifications.
  • Accurately record information, evaluations, and documents in the case management system, including preparing an analysis and report.

Requirements

  • Demonstrates exceptional customer service capabilities.
  • Exhibits strong communication skills and commercial acumen.
  • Possesses meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to understanding and implementing policies and procedures.
  • Preferably has knowledge of company accounts, pensions, investments, and trusts.
  • Familiar with cryptocurrency.
  • Proficient in interpreting bank statements, transfers, foreign currency, and tracking financial transactions in compliance.

  • Is able to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Is able to communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders.

This role offers

  • A competitive salary of £24,000-£28,000 dependent on experience.
  • A 9:00am - 5:30pm Monday-Friday working schedule.
