The Role

We are looking for a Production Operative (Inplant Shift Technician) to provide 24/6 cover to our customer, delivering timely color and press side support. The successful candidate will be a team player, willing to learn or adapt current skills to suit the role, with the ability to follow procedures and instruction. A high regard for safety is essential, and the candidate must be willing to work nights and weekends as part of the shift pattern.

No previous experience is required, but the successful applicant must not have any color blindness deficiency. Training will be provided, and continual training programs will be available to develop the individual.

Requirements

  • Basic secondary education at GCSE Grade 4 (C) or above in English and Maths or equivalent
  • FLT license advantageous but not essential
