About Sun Chemical

Sun Chemical, a leading producer of packaging and graphic solutions, color and display technologies, functional products, electronic materials, and products for the automotive and healthcare industries, is seeking a skilled Production Shift Technician to join its professional manufacturing team based in Evesham.

This is an opportunity to work with a dedicated team of technicians providing 24/6 cover to customers, delivering timely color and press side support. The successful applicant will be a team player willing to learn or adapt current skills to suit the role, with the ability to follow procedures and instruction. A high regard for safety is essential.

The role involves working on shifts and being supported by an onsite management structure. No previous experience is required, but the successful applicant must not have any color blindness deficiency and be willing to work nights and weekends as part of the shift pattern. For the right person, training will be provided, along with continual training programs to develop the individual.

Requirements

  • Basic secondary education at GCSE Grade 4 (C) or above in English and Maths or equivalent
  • FLT license advantageous but not essential
