We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Administrator to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a crucial role in managing customer contracts, fostering positive customer relationships, and ensuring compliance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service through phone, email, and other communication channels.
  • Manage customer contracts, including raising work orders and scheduling engineer attendances.
  • Liaise with customers to resolve issues and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Work closely with the Contract Administration team to monitor engineer work schedules and ensure maximum efficiency.
  • Produce daily, weekly, and monthly customer open call reports to highlight any issues.
Requirements
  • Strong administrative experience with proficiency in office procedures and systems.
  • Excellent customer service skills with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Attention to detail with the ability to spot errors or inconsistencies in documentation.
  • Scheduling experience is preferred but not essential.
