Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Duty Manager to join our team at Nuffield Health Guildford Gym. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for the smooth operation of our club, ensuring that our members receive an exceptional experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage a team of colleagues to deliver excellent customer service and sales results.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve member satisfaction and retention.
  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the club, including health and safety, facilities management, and customer service.
  • Conduct tours and presentations to prospective new members, highlighting the benefits of our club and services.
  • Work closely with the sales team to achieve sales targets and grow revenue.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless delivery of services and excellent customer experience.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a similar role, with a strong track record of delivering results and improving customer satisfaction.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Strong business acumen, with the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
