The ideal candidate will have experience in handling motor fraud cases and possess strong knowledge of litigation, CPR Rules, and Court procedures.
Key Responsibilities- Handling motor fraud cases
- Assisting in the preparation of court documents and legal papers
- Conducting research and gathering information
- Collaborating with the team to achieve case goals
- Providing exceptional customer service to clients
- Experience within a defendant fraud team
- Strong knowledge of litigation, CPR Rules, and Court procedures
- Ability to meet deadlines, prioritize tasks, and manage a varied caseload
- Capable of working both independently and as part of a team
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Competitive basic salary - up to £30,000 depending on experience
