About the Role
We are seeking a highly organized, creative, and people-focused individual to join our team as a Workplace Operations Specialist. This role plays a vital part in supporting our global workforce by managing our physical workspaces, primarily in Hove, Austin, and London, while also considering remote working locations.
As a key member of the People Team, you will contribute to employee engagement activities, planning and executing team events and initiatives that bring our vibrant culture to life.
Your Responsibilities
- Manage all aspects of our global office spaces, including Hove, London, and Austin, overseeing facilities, contractors, operations, and ensuring a positive work environment.
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers to maintain the smooth functioning of our offices.
- Plan and execute engaging team events and activities that foster collaboration and strengthen company culture.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures related to workplace operations, ensuring compliance and efficiency.
- Collaborate with the People Team to create a welcoming and inclusive work environment for all employees.
