About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Brand Representative at Abercrombie & Fitch. As a key member of our sales floor team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, maintaining a high level of store presentation, and driving sales through effective communication and relationship-building.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Experience
    • Provide personalized service to customers, anticipating and responding to their needs
    • Build strong relationships with customers to drive loyalty and repeat business
  • Store Presentation and Sales Floor
    • Maintain a high level of store presentation, including visual merchandising and inventory management
    • Ensure a seamless shopping experience for customers, including efficient checkout and payment processes
  • Communication
    • Communicate effectively with customers, colleagues, and management to drive sales and achieve business objectives
    • Provide product knowledge and recommendations to customers to drive sales and increase average transaction value
  • Asset Protection and Shrink
    • Monitor and report any incidents of theft or shrinkage
    • Implement measures to prevent theft and shrinkage, including maintaining a secure store environment
  • Policies and Procedures
    • Adhere to company policies and procedures, including those related to customer service, sales, and asset protection
    • Participate in training and development programs to enhance knowledge and skills
  • Training and Development
    • Participate in onboarding and training programs to develop skills and knowledge
    • Seek feedback and coaching from management and colleagues to improve performance
