Job Summary:
The Coniston Hotel Country Estate & Spa is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Financial Controller to join our team. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for leading all financial aspects of the business, including financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement financial plans and budgets to achieve business objectives.
- Prepare and present financial reports to the management team and board of directors.
- Manage and analyze financial data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including banks, auditors, and suppliers.
- Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and laws.
- Lead and manage the finance team to ensure effective and efficient financial operations.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a financial leadership role.
- Proven track record of financial planning and analysis.
- Strong leadership and management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
