Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise a team of installation professionals and manage the deployment of air source heat pumps
  • Conduct thorough home assessments and prepare heat loss evaluations for installations
  • Offer expert guidance during installation processes and collaborate with electrical teams for system commissioning
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through outstanding service delivery
Essential Qualifications
  • Demonstrated experience in heat pump installation
  • Strong understanding of heat pump system design and troubleshooting
  • Familiarity with residential hot and cold water systems
  • Comprehensive knowledge of air source heat pump technologies
  • Ability to interpret technical specifications and mechanical schematics
  • Basic electrical competency and F-gas certification are advantageous
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
Preferred Credentials
  • NVQ Level 2 or equivalent in Plumbing and Heating
  • Gas Safe certification
  • Additional qualifications in water supply, unvented domestic hot water systems, and heat pump installation are a plus
