Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough training needs analyses to identify areas for improvement.
  • Develop and implement training strategies that align with business objectives.
  • Design engaging training materials and programs that meet the needs of our employees.
  • Oversee the administration, scheduling, and delivery of technical training to ensure compliance and quality standards.
  • Lead the Training team to ensure the smooth operation of the Training Centre and successful delivery of training interventions.
  • Collaborate with external training providers to source high-quality training programs.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and identify areas for improvement.
  • Develop and deliver induction programs for new employees.
  • Manage training budgets and resources to ensure efficient use of company funds.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest training trends, developments, and best practices.

  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to analyze business objectives and develop effective training strategies.
  • Experience with online training platforms and MS Office.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Learning and Development or Human Resources.
  • Strong experience in a training and development role in a manufacturing environment.
