Job Summary

Penguin Recruitment Ltd is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Architectural Technologist to join their team. As a key member of the design team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality technical designs and solutions for a range of projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and coordinate the technical design process, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of designs and documentation.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including architects, engineers, and project managers, to develop and implement design solutions.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and delivering tailored design solutions.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements, applying this knowledge to improve design processes and outcomes.
  • Lead and mentor junior team members, providing guidance and support to ensure their growth and development.
  • Contribute to the development of business strategies and initiatives, leveraging your expertise to drive business growth and success.

Requirements

  • Relevant degree or HNC/HND in Architectural Technology or a related field.
  • Significant experience in a similar role, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality technical designs and solutions.
  • Strong technical skills, including proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible and adaptable approach to work.
