Objective:

  • Serve as a Lead Architectural Technician, providing specialized architectural technical support.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Ensure uniformity in drawing standards, layouts, and design aesthetics.
  • Conduct precise building and site assessments utilizing both traditional methods and advanced LiDAR scanning technologies.
  • Create CAD drawings for surveys, project proposals, planning documentation, working drawings, presentation materials, and legal documentation.
  • Design and specify new construction and renovation projects in accordance with current guidelines, standards, and regulations.
  • Offer guidance and ensure clear communication and execution of processes.
  • Comply with health and safety regulations.
  • Promote effective teamwork and provide support to colleagues.
  • Respond to urgent situations, aiding in business continuity and disaster recovery efforts.
  • Work autonomously as well as collaboratively within a team setting.
  • Accurately document and report on business activities.

  • Proficient in conducting measured surveys and gathering site information.
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities related to measurement and drafting.
  • Strong commitment to staying informed about relevant legislation, regulations, and technological innovations.
  • Comprehensive understanding of AutoCAD from a Built Environment perspective.
