About Roke: Roke is a premier technology and engineering firm, serving a diverse clientele across National Security, Defence, and Industry 4.0 through our Futures division and Intelligence as a Service. You will partner with our clients to address their intricate and distinctive challenges.

- Experience in a DevOps environment, utilizing pipeline tools such as Jenkins or GitLab for Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD).
- Proficiency in deploying solutions using containerization technologies like Kubernetes, Helm, or Docker.
- Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) technologies such as Ansible or Terraform.
- A programming background that includes languages such as Python, JavaScript (with React or Vue being advantageous), or Java and Spring Boot.
- Experience in troubleshooting and problem resolution.
Our Mission: With over 60 years of expertise, Roke provides specialized knowledge in sensors, communications, cyber, and artificial intelligence and machine learning. We transform how organizations perceive and act by delivering dynamic insights derived from the analysis of multifaceted data layers.
Our commitment is to handle the innovative and technical aspects that ensure safety—this is our mission, passion, and driving force.
Work Environment: You will be part of a team united by a common purpose and ambition, situated in a location that facilitates easy access to our local clientele. The surroundings offer a blend of professional engagement and scenic beauty.
Why Join Us: At Roke, we believe in fostering an environment that encourages individuals to bring their authentic selves to work, where everyone is afforded the time, trust, and freedom to excel.
We are dedicated to promoting Equal Opportunity, Diversity, and Inclusion, supported by employee-led resource groups that enhance our workplace culture.
Wellbeing Initiatives: Mental health and wellbeing are paramount at Roke, with a network of supportive Mental Health First Aiders available to listen and assist anyone in need, alongside a team dedicated to fostering a mentally healthy workplace.
Benefits:

- Annual bonus based on profit sharing and individual performance.
- Comprehensive private medical insurance, including coverage for pre-existing conditions.
- Generous holiday allowance of 25 days plus public holidays.
- Opportunity to participate in a share savings plan.

Next Steps: We look forward to receiving your application and reviewing your qualifications.
