We are collaborating with a Housing Association seeking a qualified heating technician to join their team. The role involves performing maintenance and repairs in residential settings.

• Conduct breakdown and servicing tasks in domestic environments.
• Utilize a company van and fuel card for transportation.

The ideal candidate will possess:

• Relevant certifications: CENWAT1, CCN1, CKR1, HTR1, CPA1, and knowledge of unvented hot water systems.
• Experience as a gas engineer, service engineer, or heating engineer, particularly in breakdown, servicing, and repair.
• A background in plumbing is advantageous.
• Experience working within social housing, housing associations, or similar domestic environments.
