About the Role
- Embrace a Home-Based Career: Enjoy the flexibility of working from home in Norfolk, managing your own schedule and work-life balance.
- Provide Exceptional Service: Assist existing clients in the Norfolk area with their remortgage needs, offering whole-of-market mortgage advice and valuable protection products.
- Become a Remortgage Expert: Collaborate with a dedicated telephone team to generate pre-qualified mortgage appointments, and liaise directly with clients to schedule consultations at their convenience.
Key Responsibilities
- Unlock the Power of Choice: Offer comprehensive whole-of-market mortgage solutions alongside tailored protection products, ensuring clients receive the most suitable options.
- Work in a Supportive Environment: Benefit from a supportive team environment, receiving pre-qualified leads and a current conversion rate of over 60%.
- Enjoy Competitive Remuneration: Earn a compelling basic salary of £25,000 - £29,000 with a car allowance, plus uncapped commission potential ranging from 10% to 25%, with an OTE of £50,000 - £60,000.

Requirements
- Proven Experience: Proven experience as a Mortgage Advisor or Mortgage Broker.
- CeMAP Qualification: CeMAP qualification (or equivalent) is essential.
- Strong Knowledge: Strong knowledge of mortgage products and protection solutions.
- Excellent Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-Motivation: Ability to manage your own diary and work effectively in a home-based environment within Norfolk.
