Senior Restaurant Assistant Manager

What you'll do:

As a Senior Restaurant Assistant Manager, you'll be responsible for leading by example, motivating your team, and delivering no-nonsense perfection to every customer. You'll need to stay on top of the day-to-day, controlling costs, driving up sales, and meeting ambitious targets. You'll also be responsible for growing, guiding, and developing your team to ensure they're equipped to handle any challenge that comes their way.
