About the Role:

Ferrero International S.A. is seeking a highly skilled Quality Systems Manager to join its team. As a key member of the organization, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining the company's Food Safety and Quality (FSQ) management system.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement FSQ guidelines, procedures, and KPIs aligned with Group FSQ policies
  • Provide initial support to PFSQM for raw materials, packaging, and industrial processes
  • Manage non-conformities and deviation permits
  • Develop training programs for plant internal auditors in collaboration with HR
  • Implement Food Safety/GMP/PRP training across the plant
  • Define rules for product traceability and oversee their implementation across Quality Assurance (QS) and Plant teams
  • Prepare and maintain all certifications related to quality, including Group certifications, client-specific certifications, and local authorities
  • Monitor process indicators and track KPIs
  • Develop and maintain the Food Safety and Quality manual, plant procedures, and work instructions
  • Monitor external companies impacting the Plant FSQ system to ensure compliance with quality standards
Requirements:
  • Experience in food quality within an FMCG environment
  • Expertise in food safety, food technology, and food chemical and microbiological analysis
  • Strong knowledge of packaging analysis, statistical sampling and control principles in the food industry
  • Pest control and ISO certification schemes (ISO 9001, FSSC 22000, ISO)
  • Familiarity with private certification schemes and food legislation (GMP, HACCP)
  • MSc in Quality Food or a related field (desirable)
