Academy Investment Analyst Program for Emerging Professionals

Point72 Academy is a comprehensive training program designed to equip emerging professionals with the skills and knowledge required to succeed as investment analysts. The program is tailored to provide a unique blend of theoretical foundations and practical experience, enabling participants to develop a deep understanding of the investment industry.
Program Structure- Eight months of formal training, covering fundamental research and analysis skills, statistics, accounting, financial modeling, data analysis, and coding.
- Two months of rotations with investment teams or similar roles on the Point72 platform, providing hands-on experience and valuable mentorship.
- Develop sophisticated company analysis and modeling skills from experienced faculty and investment professionals.
- Gain firsthand experience and valuable mentorship from Point72's investment professionals during rotations.
- Opportunity to become an equity research analyst at Point72, applying financial acumen and curiosity to help shape investment strategies.
- Current students graduating between December 2024 and July 2025.
