Theatre Nurse Manager

We are seeking an experienced Theatre Nurse Manager to join our team at a private medical clinic in Belfast. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for managing the theatre team, ensuring the smooth operation of our surgical services, and maintaining high standards of patient care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and lead a team of theatre nurses, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent patient care and outcomes.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure the efficient operation of the theatre department.
- Collaborate with surgical consultants and other stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and coordination of surgical services.
- Monitor and maintain high standards of patient care, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and best practices.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and outcomes.
Requirements:
- Senior experience in theatre nursing, with a proven track record of leadership and management.
- Advanced Life Support Qualification and experience working with the RQIA.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with surgical consultants, nurses, and other stakeholders.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Passion for clinical care and a commitment to delivering high-quality patient outcomes.
