About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sister/Charge Nurse to join our Theatre team at Ashtead Hospital in Surrey. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and leading a team of nurses to deliver high-quality services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of nurses to deliver high-quality patient care and services
  • Develop and implement nursing policies and procedures to ensure best practice
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care
  • Conduct regular audits and quality checks to ensure compliance with regulations
  • Provide training and development opportunities for nursing staff
Requirements
  • NMC/HCPC registration with no restrictions or conditions
  • Experience in a nursing leadership role
  • Proven ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Flexible and positive attitude
  • A warm, considerate and empathetic character
