Key Responsibilities- Represent the company in a professional manner at all times.
- Drive vehicles safely and legally, ensuring compliance with all legal and company requirements.
- Perform daily vehicle checks and report any defects or issues.
- Scan products using DX scanning equipment and ensure accurate documentation.
- Load and unload goods safely and efficiently.
- Manage routing to ensure timely and premium deliveries.
- Ensure all necessary equipment and PPE are in good working order.
- Report any delivery or on-road issues to the traffic office promptly.
- Provide excellent customer service and resolve any issues in a polite and effective manner.
- Collect goods in line with given instructions and times.
- Hold a valid C1 or above license with a valid DQC and Tacho card.
- Maximum of 6 points on license and no bans.
- Ability to build rapport with customers and provide exceptional customer service.
