Role Summary:

As a 7.5t Driver at DX, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service while transporting products to customers' premises as part of a multi-drop delivery route. Your primary focus will be on ensuring all products are transported safely and efficiently, treating customers' freight as if it were our own.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Represent DX in a professional manner at all times, adhering to company policies and procedures.
  • Drive vehicles safely and legally, ensuring compliance with all legal and company requirements.
  • Perform daily vehicle checks, reporting any defects and completing necessary paperwork.
  • Use DX scanning equipment to ensure accurate product tracking.
  • Load products safely prior to departure, ensuring timely delivery.
  • Adhere to DX procedures and policies, prioritizing customer satisfaction.
  • Optimize routing to achieve premium and timed deliveries.
  • Ensure equipment and personal protective equipment (PPE) are in good working order and used as required.
  • Report any delivery or on-road issues to the traffic office promptly.
  • Deliver products in excellent condition, addressing any customer concerns in a polite and effective manner.
  • Collect products in line with given instructions and times.

Additional Information:
