Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced and skilled Electrical Maintenance Technician to join our team at Randstad Construction & Property. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for carrying out preventative maintenance and repairs on electrical systems across our sites.

About the Role:

  • Carry out routine electrical maintenance tasks, including PPMs and reactive maintenance
  • Test and inspect electrical systems to ensure they are functioning correctly
  • Identify and report any faults or defects in electrical systems
  • Work collaboratively with other tradespeople and site staff to ensure smooth operation of the site
  • Comply with health and safety legislation and policies
  • Provide excellent customer service to our clients and contract holders

Requirements:

  • Formal apprenticeship and trade qualifications in an electrical field
  • City & Guilds or equivalent in electrical installations or similar
  • 18th Edition IEE Wire & Regulations
  • Experience of working within FM or the building maintenance industry
  • Full UK driving licence
