Job Description

**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly experienced Quality Assurance Manager to join our team at BMR Solutions Ltd. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for maintaining a safe working environment by ensuring all activities comply with Health and Safety policies and regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement and oversee Quality Assurance systems to ensure compliance with AS9100, NADCAP, and other relevant requirements.
  • Support customer needs, manage RCCA processes, and contribute to business development initiatives and workshops.
  • Lead the company's Red Table and RCCA activities.
  • Develop and implement lean practices and continuous improvement initiatives, focusing on eliminating non-value-added activities and enhancing operational efficiency.
  • Oversee the development, skills enhancement, and training of the Inspection and Quality teams, while managing their day-to-day operations.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in leading a Quality team and managing Quality systems.
  • Extensive knowledge of aerospace product manufacturing and processes, as well as expertise in AS, ISO, and NADCAP standards.
  • AS9100 lead auditor certification is desirable.
