Revit MEP Coordinator Opportunity

Blueprint Recruitment Solutions is seeking an experienced Revit MEP Coordinator to join an international engineering consultancy in London. This role will involve working on a variety of projects across the Commercial, healthcare, Residential, Education, and Industrial sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and develop positive client relationships
  • Complete mark-ups on drawings and make necessary amendments
  • Perform regular quality checks on the BIM model to ensure accuracy
  • Create detailed 3D building services models using Revit software
  • Liaise with stakeholders and attend project meetings when necessary
  • Create and manage models and drawings for implementation
  • Review and analyze documents and designs

Requirements:

  • Essential Revit software experience
  • Working knowledge of current UK building regulations and legislation
  • Experience working on Commercial, Healthcare, Residential, Education, or Industrial projects is ideal
  • Degree in Engineering or a relevant field
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a multi-disciplinary team
  • Extensive experience with the practical application of Revit MEP modeling
  • Able to attend BIM meetings and coordination workshops
