Revit MEP Coordinator Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Revit MEP Coordinator to join our team at Blueprint Recruitment Solutions. This role will involve working on a variety of exciting projects throughout the Commercial, healthcare, Residential, Education, and Industrial sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with clients to maintain positive relationships and deliver high-quality results.

• Conduct regular quality checks on BIM models to ensure accuracy and completeness.

• Create detailed 3D building services models using Revit software.

• Liaise with stakeholders to ensure effective communication and project coordination.

• Attend project meetings and contribute to the development of project deliverables.

Key Requirements:

• Proficiency in Revit software and experience working on Commercial, Healthcare, Residential, Education, or Industrial projects.

• Strong understanding of current UK building regulations and legislation.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Extensive experience with the practical application of Revit MEP modeling and a strong understanding of BIM principles.
