We are excited to present a remarkable opportunity for a seasoned Construction Project Manager to join our team at Clarion Housing, the residential construction division of Clarion Housing Group, dedicated to creating homes within vibrant mixed-use communities.

In this role, you will oversee a variety of projects, from Section 106 initiatives to substantial multi-tenure Joint Ventures. You will collaborate closely with our contractor, developer, and consultant partners to ensure successful project delivery. Your focus will be on achieving excellence in construction execution, leading diverse teams to prioritize safety, quality, scheduling, and financial forecasting while keeping the 'Customer' at the forefront of our efforts.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Proactively managing projects and providing comprehensive reports on progress.
  • Meeting both internal and external delivery targets.
  • Monitoring and mitigating project delivery risks.
  • Ensuring compliance with health & safety regulations and maintaining high build quality standards.

We seek a forward-thinking Construction / Development professional with a proven track record in residential construction delivery, gained from both public and private sectors. Proficiency in Excel, MS Suite, and commercial appraisal software such as Pamwin is essential. You should be adept at producing reports and presentations, showcasing excellent communication skills, and demonstrating a history of delivering successful construction projects safely and to the highest standards.

Additionally, you will promote a collaborative team environment, taking the initiative with a focus on action and cooperation.
