Job Summary:

EFAB Resourcing Ltd is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to fill the role of Stores Personnel. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for reviewing Engineering Spares lists and ensuring they align with the parts held in our storage facilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough reviews of Engineering Spares lists to identify discrepancies and discrepancies between lists and stored parts.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve inventory discrepancies and improve inventory management processes.
  • Develop and maintain accurate and up-to-date inventory records, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to internal stakeholders, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance inventory management processes and contribute to a culture of excellence within the organization.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role, preferably in an Engineering setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve inventory discrepancies.
  • Proficiency in computer applications, including inventory management software.
  • Ability to pass security clearance and work on a secure site.

Working Conditions:

This is a temporary contract position, with a minimum of 6-8 months. The successful candidate will work 36-40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, with opportunities for overtime as needed.
