Banking and Finance Associate Solicitor - Global Law Firm

We are seeking an experienced banking solicitor to join our highly regarded banking and finance practice in Edinburgh. The ideal candidate will have 1 to 5 years PQE and a strong background in banking and finance transactions.

About the Role

As a banking and finance associate solicitor, you will advise clients on a wide range of complex and challenging transactions, including leveraged and acquisition finance, TMT finance, corporate lending, and funds finance. You will also be required to draft banking and finance documentation and provide legal opinions to clients.

Requirements

  • Qualified Solicitor - Scotland/England & Wales
  • 1 to 5 years PQE with experience in banking and finance practice
  • Excellent communication and business development skills
