As a Claims Analysis and Insight Manager at esure, you will play a pivotal role in driving business performance and success. We are seeking a dynamic and innovative professional to join our team and contribute to our mission of becoming a world-class digital insurer.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Data Analysis and Insight: Analyze financial and operational metrics, focusing on Motor and Home Claims, to deliver actionable insights and drive improved claims performance.
  • Project Management: Support the claims transformation programme through ownership of project elements and collaboration with cross-functional teams.
  • Reserving Coordination: Collaborate with the actuarial reserving function to provide clarity on claims performance and challenge projections.
  • Pricing Insights: Work with the Technical Pricing team to explain claims trends and support pricing decisions.
  • Finance Collaboration: Ensure robust and detailed claims-related elements of plans and re-forecasts in collaboration with Finance and Pricing.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure timely and accurate completion of MI requests from regulatory bodies.
Requirements:
  • Advanced IT skills: Strong proficiency in statistical packages, programming languages (Python/R), and SQL coding.
  • Experience with data warehouse tools: Familiarity with Databricks and visual analysis tools like Tableau.
