We are seeking a dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to join our specialist provision supporting students aged 11-19 with SEMH/ASC needs based in Kidderminster.
The Role:- Support the educational and personal development of students with SEMH/ASC needs.
- Work collaboratively with teaching staff to deliver tailored support and interventions.
- Contribute to a positive and inclusive learning environment.
- Experience working with students with SEMH/ASC needs.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- A competitive salary of £20,941.30 - £22,835.30 (£11.72 - £12.78 per hour).
- 40 hours per week - term time only.
