We are seeking a skilled DBS Chef to join our team at HR-CL Limited. As a DBS Chef, you will be responsible for providing high-quality culinary services to our clients in a variety of settings, including schools, care homes, colleges, and hospitals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and cook a variety of meals for clients, adhering to dietary requirements and food safety guidelines.
  • Work independently in the kitchen, with occasional support from other team members.
  • Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, adhering to health and safety standards.
  • Communicate effectively with clients and colleagues to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance culinary skills and knowledge.

Requirements

  • Completed an enhanced DBS check within the last three years.
  • Driving preferred, but not essential.
  • Ability to work competently alone in the kitchen.
  • Professional and respectful demeanor, with excellent communication skills.
  • Good understanding of dietary requirements and food allergies.
  • Current Food Hygiene and allergen certificate (refresher courses available if needed).
