Job Title: Electrical Fitter (ETO Business)

Training Period:
For the initial training phase, candidates will receive comprehensive training to enhance their skills and knowledge.

Mission:
As an Electrical Fitter, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the adherence to standardized manufacturing processes. Your contributions will be vital in driving continuous improvement initiatives within the organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Exhibit various competencies within designated areas to adapt to evolving customer requirements.
  • Follow established procedures as outlined in assembly instructions and specifications provided by the Team Leader.
  • Document any issues impacting daily operational objectives.
  • Adhere to Quality Management, Environmental Management systems, Health & Safety policies, and maintain cleanliness through the 5S process.
  • Conduct standard inspections to meet quality benchmarks.
  • Propose enhancements to work procedures and operational cells.
  • Identify and communicate any health, safety, quality, or environmental risks to the Team Leader, including incidents and near misses.
  • Ensure all production downtime is recorded and addressed.
  • Interpret assembly drawings and work instructions accurately.
  • Assemble mechanical and electrical switchgear according to assembly drawings.
  • Utilize assembly hand tools and wiring tools effectively, such as crimping tools and spanners.
  • Previous experience in assembling switchgear or similar products is preferred.
Qualifications:

Skills and Attributes:
Completion of mandatory schooling is required.
Proficiency in written English and numerical skills is essential.
