Job Title: Qualified Social Worker

Remedy Social Care is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Qualified Social Worker to join our team. As a Qualified Social Worker, you will be responsible for undertaking assessments, determining care packages/support plans, and managing a range of complex caseloads to maintain or improve the well-being of children and young people.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Undertake assessments and determine care packages/support plans for children and young people in need or at risk of protection.
  • Manage a complex caseload, ensuring that all necessary interventions are implemented to maintain or improve the well-being of children and young people.
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders, including colleagues from other agencies, to ensure that children and young people's interests are supported.
  • Ensure operational support and delivery of an Assessment Service for children in need or at risk of protection.
Requirements:
  • QSW Status, including qualification, Social Work England registration, and completed ASYE.
  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role.
  • Right to work in the UK.
