Ipsum is seeking a highly skilled Fleet Administrator to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe, compliant, and efficient management of our fleet of vehicles.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Procurement and in-life management of fleet vehicles
  • Disposal of fleet vehicles and management of all related functions
  • Service planning, scheduling, and review of fleet operations
  • Compliance with transport legislation and safety regulations
  • Contractor maintenance and management of fleet team members
  • Liaison with stakeholders, including colleagues, senior management, contractors, and clients
  • Contribution to the Fleet and Road Risk strategy
  • Creation of reports and KPIs related to driver and vehicle performance
  • Assistance with policy development and implementation
  • Monitoring of fleet costs and performance
Requirements:
  • Demonstrable experience as a Fleet/Transport Manager
  • Commercial awareness and understanding of EU driver hours, GB Domestic hours, and Working Time Directive
  • Flexible attitude and approach
