Award-winning commercial law firm seeking a skilled Case Handler to join their team in central Bristol. As a Case Handler, you will play a vital role in supporting the firm's innovative approach to delivering legal services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a caseload using the firm's case management system, ensuring timely and efficient processing of cases.
  • Prepare and submit relevant court documents, and instruct agents/advocates as required.
  • Maintain regular communication with Team Managers regarding work-related issues or problems.

Requirements

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a natural ability to empathize with clients.
  • Demonstrate proactivity, attention to detail, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced business environment and as part of a team.
