About the Role
We are seeking a skilled and reliable Cleaning Operative to join our team at Mitie. As a Cleaning Operative, you will play a vital role in ensuring our facilities are clean, safe, and well-maintained.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure equipment is kept clean, well-maintained, and in safe working order
- Build knowledge and understanding of designated cleaning areas, including when work needs to be carried out and all cleaning equipment and chemicals used
- Work within a team and under their own initiative to deliver high-quality cleaning services
- Provide excellent customer service and build positive relationships with customers
- Continuously improve and exceed expectations in all aspects of the role
