About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Cleaning Assistant Supervisor to join our Estates and Facilities Management team at Loughborough University. As a key member of our Domestic Services Team, you will play a vital role in maintaining a clean and secure environment for our students, staff, and visitors.
Key Responsibilities
- Clean and maintain academic and support buildings to the highest standards
- Supervise a small team of cleaning staff and ensure they have the necessary resources to perform their duties
- Manage cleaning materials and equipment to ensure efficient and effective cleaning operations
- Work collaboratively with other teams to ensure a seamless and efficient service
