Job Title: Quality Assurance Manager

Job Summary:

Pertemps Network Group is seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance Manager to join our team. As a Quality Assurance Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring that our products and services meet the highest quality standards, in line with customer expectations and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement quality policies and procedures to maintain high standards
  • Set product quality targets and operational strategies that align with business objectives
  • Drive long-term quality improvement plans and promote continuous improvement
  • Analyse data and KPIs to identify areas for improvement in quality, customer satisfaction, and internal performance
  • Conduct internal audits and inspections to ensure adherence to quality standards
  • Lead customer complaint investigations and implement resolutions
  • Collaborate with the Technical department to align product quality with customer expectations
  • Develop risk management plans to ensure product reliability
  • Mentor and develop a team of quality assurance and HSE professionals, setting objectives and providing training where necessary

Requirements:

  • NEBOSH Certificate/Diploma
  • Proven experience using quality tools such as 8D, FMEA, Ishikawa, Root Cause Analysis, Kaizen, Six Sigma, and 5Y
