A prestigious restaurant is currently looking for a highly skilled and ambitious Executive Chef Assistant to join their team. As a key member of the kitchen brigade, the successful candidate will be responsible for assisting the Head Chef in achieving culinary excellence and driving the restaurant's success.

The ideal candidate will have a genuine passion for cooking with fresh, locally sourced produce and a strong desire to learn and grow with the restaurant. They will be competent on all sections of the kitchen and have excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist the Head Chef in menu planning, food preparation, and presentation

Oversee the kitchen team and ensure seamless service delivery

Develop and implement new recipes and cooking techniques
