Key Responsibilities:

  1. Collaborate with Technical Service Managers and Team Leaders to ensure the smooth operation of our infrastructure systems.
  2. Manage the day-to-day sustainment of our infrastructure systems, ensuring that planning, end-user impact, change management, and problem management are properly addressed and monitored.
  3. Build relationships with other teams within IT Operations to enhance support and communication.
  4. Attend technical briefing and support groups to stay up-to-date with industry developments.
  5. Utilize expertise in application packaging, including Microsoft Configuration Manager and Microsoft AppV.
  6. Support the transition from Windows 10 to Windows 11.

Requirements:

  1. Proven experience with Microsoft Configuration Manager and Microsoft AppV.
  2. Strong understanding of Group Policy and its applications.
  3. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  4. Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  5. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
