We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Systems Administrator to join our team at Amwins. As a Senior Systems Administrator, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining our desktop systems infrastructure, with a focus on O365 Cloud, M365 Cloud, and OnPrem Exchange environments.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and maintain the O365 Cloud and M365 Cloud environments, ensuring optimal performance, availability, and security.
  • Oversee Intune management and configuration, including policy enforcement, application deployment, and device management.
  • Administer and support OnPrem Exchange systems, both on-premises and in the cloud, ensuring smooth operation and high availability.
  • Utilize PowerShell scripting to automate routine tasks, streamline processes, and enhance system management efficiency.
  • Implement and manage Azure automation solutions to automate various desktop systems-related tasks and workflows.
  • Develop and maintain Power Automate workflows to automate business processes and improve productivity.
  • Support office migration projects, ensuring seamless transition and minimal disruption to end-users.
  • Experience utilizing migration tools such as BitTitan, Sharegate, Quest, and AvePoint to facilitate smooth data and application migrations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve desktop systems-related issues, providing timely and effective support to end-users.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies, identifying opportunities to enhance the desktop systems infrastructure and recommending improvements.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
  • Proven experience as a Desktop Systems Engineer or similar role.
  • In-depth knowledge of O365 Cloud, M365 Cloud, and OnPrem Exchange environments.
  • Intune management experience
  • Proficiency in PowerShell scripting for automation and system management tasks.
  • Strong understanding of Azure automation and Power Automate.
  • Experience with office migration projects, utilizing tools such as BitTitan, Sharegate, Quest, and AvePoint.
  • Solid understanding of desktop systems architecture, security principles, and best practices.
  • Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Certifications such as Microsoft 365 Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate or similar are preferred, but not required.
