Job Title: Youth Justice Program Facilitator
About the Role
St Christopher's Fellowship is in search of a dedicated Youth Justice Program Facilitator to enhance our team. In this position, you will collaborate with local authorities and the London Accommodation Pathfinder project team to design and execute initiatives aimed at assisting young individuals at risk of incarceration. Your primary goal will be to encourage personal accountability, comprehension of consequences, and diversion from delinquent behaviors. You will establish a trauma-informed atmosphere that promotes positive results, including educational, vocational, and employment pathways.

Key Responsibilities:
- Work in partnership with external organizations and emergency services to protect young individuals
- Assist young people in fulfilling court mandates and minimizing delinquent behavior
- Ensure a trauma-informed setting within the residence
Requirements:
- Relevant qualifications in Social Work, Probation, or Youth Services
- A minimum of 1 year of experience working with vulnerable youth
- Awareness of the challenges confronting young individuals
- Capability to manage challenging behaviors effectively
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
