About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Critical Care Nurse to join our team at Spire Manchester Hospital. As a Critical Care Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care in our Intensive Therapy Unit (ITU).

Key Responsibilities
  • Assess and care for patients with complex and changing health needs
  • Work collaboratively with the Multi-Disciplinary Team to plan and deliver patient care
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient
  • Provide education and support to patients and their families
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and outcomes
Requirements
  • NMC registration as a Registered Nurse
  • At least 1 year of experience in Intensive Care Unit (ICU) or Critical Care environment
  • Cardiothoracic experience is desirable
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
