Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Administrator to provide support to the Academy Business Manager with recruitment and general staffing administration.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to the recruitment process using our recruitment portal (Jobtrain)
  • Coordinate the induction process for new staff
  • Ensure the Single Central Record is kept up to date with starters, leavers, and training
  • Liaise with the central People Team regarding contract changes, leavers, etc.
Requirements
  • Excellent interpersonal, organisational, and communication skills
  • Ability to demonstrate a high level of accuracy in input and proof checking with enhanced attention to detail
  • Experience of working within a school environment or within an HR/recruitment role would be desirable, although not essential
