Job Overview

Kite Consulting Group is seeking an experienced Oracle HCM professional to join our team on a 9-month fixed-term contract. As an Oracle HCM Implementation Specialist, you will play a critical role in supporting the management of our client's HR Systems, assisting with a large-scale HRIS implementation, and supporting the implementation of Oracle HCM applications.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the implementation of Oracle HCM applications, ensuring seamless integration with existing HR systems.
  • Support the management of HR-related platforms, including data migration, configuration, and testing.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve technical issues.
  • Develop and maintain documentation for Oracle HCM applications and processes.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to internal stakeholders, ensuring timely and effective resolution of queries and issues.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in Oracle HCM implementation, configuration, and support.
  • Strong technical skills, including data migration, configuration, and testing.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
