Key Responsibilities:
As a Transport Planning Coordinator, you will:

  • Evaluate systematic plans generated by the Transport Management System (TMS)
  • Engage in pre-planning volume as necessary
  • Monitor and manage costs while adhering to budgetary constraints
  • Oversee invoice queries, validating costs and addressing discrepancies
  • Assist in implementing systematic enhancements to optimize transport planning efficiency
  • Coordinate haulage and manage relationships with assigned haulers
  • Support the adoption of the TMS across the UK in a cost-effective manner
