• Mix inks using the automated ink machine to meet job order specifications.
• Ensure printed quality meets the highest standards of accuracy, registration, and clarity.
• Maintain the machine's cleanliness and perform routine maintenance tasks to ensure high BRC standards.
• Collaborate with the Design team to resolve issues and implement design changes.
• Report tooling damages or upgrades/replacements to the Supply chain and Design teams.
• Achieve KPI targets, including Quality & Waste, Speeds, Outputs, Efficiencies, and OEE.
• Participate in training and development programs to learn and operate other process lines and machines.

Requirements

• Excellent attention to detail and printing experience.
• Leadership skills to lead the KBA machine and a team player mindset.
• Good knowledge of color combinations and ability to use pantone color charts.
• Quality-focused to produce top-quality board and KPI-focused to deliver required outputs.
• Experience within the packaging industry and machine operating experience are desirable.
