Detailed Job Responsibilities:- Oversee electronic scheduling for Specialist Nurses.
- Assist Specialist Nurses by alleviating administrative duties unrelated to clinical responsibilities.
- Maintain and organize patient databases, including the ability to compile, filter, and analyze data using Microsoft Excel.
- Generate high-quality correspondence and documentation as required by the team, including reports and letters.
- Manage email communications and respond as necessary.
Essential: GCSE in English and Maths or equivalent
Desirable: Supervisory qualification in management skills or equivalent experience
Experience:Essential: Administrative or secretarial experience within the NHS, including the establishment and maintenance of office systems. Proven experience in public interactions and handling sensitive information.
